🧳 Vendor Information for Glimmerwake 2025

🛍️ Vendor Spaces

  • Indoor table spaces only (no tents or outdoor booths)
  • Placement is curated, not reserved—you’ll be in a high-traffic area based on flow and aesthetics
  • Tables and chairs provided by venue unless otherwise noted

💸 Vendor Fee:

  • $118 early registration (through 6/15/25)
  • $136 standard rate (after 6/16/25)
    Payment due upon acceptance. Spaces are limited.

🧭 What We’re Looking For

We’re curating a small indoor marketplace in the style of an old-world bazaar crossed with a secret society gift shop. We especially welcome:

  • Artisanal goods
  • Steampunk, gothic, and fantasy accessories
  • Jewelry, wearable art, vintage, and retrofuturist fashion
  • Curiosities, esoterica, and oddities
  • Handcrafted beauty, tea, apothecary, or ritual items
  • Printed media and original art

If it’s weird, well-made, and memorable, we want it.

🧳 Load-In & Setup

Detailed load-in and setup information will be sent to accepted vendors two weeks prior to the event. Our staff will be on hand to help guide placement and answer questions on-site.

We are currently finalizing our venue contract and layout. To ensure the best experience for both vendors and guests, we’re carefully limiting the number of vendor slots based on available space and projected attendance.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this is an interest form only and does not guarantee vending placement at Glimmerwake 2025. Final vendor selection will be based on event capacity, curation, and logistical needs. If selected, you will receive a separate application with full terms, pricing, and expectations. You agree not to publicly advertise yourself as a confirmed Glimmerwake vendor until you have received official acceptance.
